Before placing your order please read the Terms and Conditions as you will be asked to confirm you have done so at order placement. The order can-not be processed without your confirmation. Once your order is accepted you will enter into a legally binding contract with i-glaze. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. You can contact us by email at email@example.com
The Contract consists of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the purchase of products from us by you.
Please keep a copy of our Terms and Conditions and your order.
In reference to glasses lenses please double check your order is correct before placing because as this is a bespoke product no changes can be made after you receive your order confirmation.
The products, service, price, taxes and delivery charge are described on the website pre order placement. Your contract price includes the product price plus any delivery charge and taxes and will be shown on your invoice. Full payment is required with your order.
Information and prices on the site can be changed without notice.
Although we strive to show accurate information and prices any inaccurate occurrences do not have to be fulfilled by us.
If any products shown on the site are unavailable or are changed in any way once you have placed and paid for your order you will be offered an alternative product or refunded the contract price you have paid. If you choose a higher priced product you will be required to pay the difference. If you choose a lower priced product you will be refunded the difference back to your method of payment.
Please note product colours displayed on the website may differ to that of the real product. We cannot take responsibility for any colour variation however we aim to display the product as true to colour as possible.
Once you have placed your order and we have received contract payment we will aim to get your product to you as soon as possible. If any delays occur once the product has been dispatched we will not be held responsible .
Delivery of your product will be via Royal Mail. All products will be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during delivery. Any damage must be reported to us immediately.
All products will be dispatched with track and trace. If the product arrives damaged you must notify us immediately and not outside 72 hours of the discovery of any of the above. Failure to do so will prevent us replacing, remaking or crediting any goods for any reason whatsoever.
This does not affect you statutory rights that you have 14 days to notify us that you are returning a faulty product. Faulty refers to a material defect only. It will not cover fair wear and tear, accident, scratching, heat exposure or use for an activity outside of the intended use.
Warranty of your products will fall inline with the manufacturer's warranty. Any returns to us will be at your own cost and where deemed necessary a replacement, or refund will be issued if in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. If the products are not found to warrant exchange or refund the products will be returned to you at your own cost. We cannot be held responsible if the product is used for any activity/purpose for which it is inappropriate.
You are entirely responsible for the eye prescription you submit to us and for the use of that prescription before and after your re-glaze with us. We hold no responsibility for the performance of the eye prescription you send us other than it will be made up to the specification supplied and within accepted optical tolerances.
We will aim to return your old lenses to you if enclosed with your frame however this cannot be guaranteed due to the manufacturing technique of the lens removal process. This also applies to the frame you supply us. We will not be held responsible for any damage or breakages to your frame as a pressure force is used in re-glazing, and weaknesses in your frame may not manifest themselves until this pressure is applied. Therefore re-glazing is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
You have the right to cancel your order and contract with us within 14 days of the product being delivered without having to give a reason. If the product still proceeds to be delivered to you you will need to return it in good order as the return policy states and at your own cost.
In order to cancel your order and contract with us please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order information and the wish to cancel. Returns must be received by us or proven to be sent by you within the 28 day return time. Postal costs must be paid by you.
We will take all necessary action to ensure that the sale of the products to you will not encroach any third party’s intellectual property rights, namely any patents, trade marks, service marks, design rights, copyright, trade or business names or other similar rights.
